Ms. Alfone has been a tremendous help with our search to purchase an apartment in Manhattan. She has been a wealth of knowledge of the do's and don'ts of purchasing in a co-op and what are the best neighborhoods for our budget. She is thorough and creative with our search suggesting units that are hidden gems with tons of potential. She meets her clients at any budget, everything is possible to Ms. Alfone. Anna was excellent to work with, she went above and beyond to help me sell my home. This meant late nights/weekends. She was very professional and gave me her honest opinion about my property and how to proceed. I loved Anna’s attention to detail and making sure we closed as soon as possible. Anna made sure to contact my cooperative board and speed the process of board approval. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone!
