Our experience working with Joinel was excellent! We had a clear understanding of what we wanted, and Joinel was always available for any questions that we had. He was great at communicating with everyone involved, and we were able to tour several houses. We even put in an offer thanks to him, but unfortunately the seller had to back out because of problems related to the house.
