      When I decided to move from the Washington DC to the Hamptons in New York, it was after months of looking at properties online, but because I was unfamiliar with the area I still felt lost when I arrived on Long Island.Richard took me everywhere I wanted to go, and gave me valuable information on each location, which brought all of my research to life!       Richard Rawdin was our Real Estate Agent when we were selling our late mothers house on the water in Hampton Bays NY. The house was on the market for approximately a year and half during probably one of the least favorable time to sell a house in the price range of 1.5 to 2.5 million (2019 and 2020). Rich was very professional and handled our house with integrity. He was transparent, easy to work with and always willing to take the time to discuss our concerns and respond to our questions. He recommended several changes during the listing that eventually sold the house during the worst time in the history of this nation (COVID-19 Pandemic).I would recommend Richard Rawdin to anyone that is selling a house in the Hamptons without hesitation.
