Akeem was highly professional and attentive in helping me find an apartment. I needed to find a place quickly and I had a few guidelines for my new place. Working with Akeem was brilliant + refreshing! In a place like New York, working with a broker that communicates in a personal and authentic way makes a huge difference because moving into a new apartment / home is a big deal. Our experience with Akeem is that he was always one step ahead of the game, and supportive of how thorough we wanted to be during this process! Whether it was letting us know exactly what was going on in the process, or opening up the place for us to take measurements for our furniture, he was always responsive, kind, and professional. Even though he found us our long term spot, I hope to work with him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking to have a personal touch on their search and rent process.

Akeem from the very beginning was super professional and great with communication. What i enjoyed about Akeem as well was he contacted me back super quickly regarding my Intrest with our new apartment. He’s great with negotiating certain things we requested upon signing , he cares a lot about giving people the best experience they want in an apartment.
