Christian is amazing to work with! We bought and sold our home with him and highly recommend him. We trust him completely and felt so taken care of-like a member of our family was representing us. He is professional, courteous, warm, resourceful, respectful, super responsive and anticipated questions and needs. He listened and offered informed, knowledgeable guidance and gave us gentle pushes in the right direction when appropriate. He is an expert in the complicated co-op processes and a native New Yorker with an impressive understanding of this huge and diverse area. AND he’s just a good person which comes through in how he deals with all parties involved. My parents are both well established real estate agents in California and they were equally impressed with his service. He’s a fantastic agent and now a friend. We were lucky to have found him!

My experience with Christian has been easy going, informative and professional. Christian understood my plight as a seller and wanted to help me close the deal as soon as possible. He is also knowledgeable about co-ops, which is a big plus. Not only was he very professional from the beginning, but also in the end. I liked that he didn't treat my deal as if it was small time. I believe that if my deal was a million dollars or $100k, he would treat it with the same professionalism and respect. I would, for sure, work with Christian again and recommend him to people. His responsiveness was also commendable. In the NYC real estate market, it is difficult finding a broker who understands the business. Christian gets it.

We wanted to sell our home in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, and it needed some work, but despite that Christian Florez was able to get it sold! The home had a lot of potential for any new owner to make it their own, and he helped sell that dream along with the home. We had several great offers. When we settled an offer, and with the purchase of our new home out-of-state, he helped tremendously with lining up the closing of our Brooklyn home with the purchase of our new one.I would DEFINITELY recommend him as your realtor!!

I met Christian about 2-3 yrs. ago after a neighbor sold their home with him. Right away Christian impressed me as being knowledgeable of the area and the home marketing business. I vascillated about selling my home( I wanted to sell and I didn't want to sell) but whenever I had a question about selling, Christian was always patient, knowledgeable and available. He told me, if and when you decide to sell, give me a call. He would touch base with me every few months to see where I was in my decision about leaving the home I was living in. When I finally decided to sell, I called him and Christian advised me on how to decrease the clutter in my home to allow potential buyers to really see the home as it actually was. Even though I was nervous about many of the aspects in the selling process, Christian always was accessible to answer my questions and give advice when I asked for it. He was never pushy or untruthful. Christian was the best realtor I've ever had in New York and I will not hesitate to recommend him to other friends( which I have already done). He is truly a real estate professional .

We met Christian in 2017 when we were in search of a house in Valley Stream. Within 3 months, we were living in our home. We decided to sell and move out of state, and we called Christian right away. Our house sold in 3.5 months. Christian is AMAZING. He's knowledgeable, his responsible, punctual. He listened to our wants and needs; he respected our time and guided us in the right direction each time. Christian is honest and extremely professional. I highly recommend him. You won't regret working with him.

Without Christian the entire process would of been an epic fail. From the very start his professionalism and people skill was unprecedented. From dealing with uncooperative and self absorbed Tenants to keeping the lawyers on point Christian worked hard to get the deal done timely. The Corona virus quarantine did not stop Christian from organizing virtual tours of the property. The 3D images helped to get buyers on our line. At times Christian was like a therapist listening to my concerns and near panic over current events. He calmed and reassured me. Always respectful and always appropriately professional. Christian went above and beyond. He did everything in his power to get the property sold never once breaking a sweat. Christian is truly at the top of his field. Do yourselves a favor, hire Christian. He is worth every penny.

I wish I could give Christian 10 stars on everything! I really can’t speak highly enough of Christian, and suffice to say my partner and I are so grateful to have met him as he just helped us to find our very first home and we couldn’t be happier! Christian is everything you could possibly want in a realtor: knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional, trustworthy and experienced. My partner and I felt that we could fully trust Christian’s guidance which was beyond appreciated given our lack of experience in NY real estate.
