I have beyond impressed and thankfully for the help Colette was able to provide. Her expertise was instrumental in helping my purchase a home. She was friendly, professional, timely, and was always there to answer any question I had. She made the buying process seamless, and was there for all aspects of closing. I have worked many times with Colette in the past for my rentals. She demonstrates professionalism and listens to the owner to get you an ideal tenant. Unlike many other agents, she does not utilize a shotgun approach that wastes your time with tenants that does not meet the basic tenant qualifications. You won't get "please hear me out" lines from Colette. I will definitely work with Colette again.

Had trouble with a few realtors in Bay Ridge who weren't getting any results renting my apartment. I tried Coldwell and was lucky enough to get Colette on the job. Not only she find me well qualified renters in a short period of time, but she took care of the paperwork, keys, and turning the apartment over to my new tenant in a matter of days.
